Secret Agent:Sharks and Fish!

Reapers Aquamarine Animals are without doubt my favourite miniatures of all time. The pack contains a shark, octopus, grouper fish, an eel, dragon fish, ray and angler. Here is their website: http://beta.reapermini.com/InspirationGallery/shark/latest
You can paint them any colour you so desire.
For the shark I used vallejo sea grey, the octopus black red, the ray olive grey, the angler GW purple, the grouper vallejo skin tone and the dragon fish black red. I highlighted with lighter shades and covered them in ink. The detail is incredible and they appear as if they are floating thanks to the clever basing.
They only took about 30 minutes to paint each as they are tiny!

They are very animated and characterful. I built an aquarium for them by just placing a tape cover in front of rocks and train moss!
The scratches on the tape cover reminds me of bubbles!

My only complaint is that the shark is 28mm. I wanted to need a bigger boat...Nevertheless, they are fantastically good fun!

  4. Thank you for this closer look at your fish, those are awesome models and very well painted! The aquarium you've built for them is such a creative way to display these miniatures and looks so good as part of the Double 0 Sven stories. Outstanding!

  5. @Andy

    Thank you very much!

Sorry about that :/ I meant a cassette tape container. I have a couple lying around in my place. Given that MP3 killed the CD and cassette star, that's the only product way of using them these days.

@Papa JJ Very kind of you! It's amazing what you can do with the "crop" function.

  7. Lol! Thanks :) I tell you what has me worried: that shark in Egypt that's eating the tourists and the way the whole situation is being handled.

How can you arrest two random criminals and then claim you've caught Jack the Ripper?!!!
